Einkorn Bread - easy breadmaker

Super Easy Einkorn Bread. All Done In A Bread Maker Flavour is unreal. Reminds me of a mild nutty bara brith .

Ingredients

250ml (1 CUP ) x MILK (TEPID)

35g (2.5 TBSP) x BUTTER (THEN MELTED)

45g (2.25 TBSP) : RUNNY HONEY

1.25 TSP : SALT

410g x EINKORN FLOUR

1.25 TSP : FAST ACTION YEAST

Method

Place all the ingredienst out ready,

In a bowl, mix the milk, salt & Honey until salt & honey has dissolved.

if liquid is too cold,lighlty heat up in microwave 5sec at a time.

Make sure its tepid temperature.

 

Place them All in a bread Maker,

liquid first.

then melted butter.

then the flour , and Adding The dried Yeast Last .

Put it on the Wholewheat setting and sit back and relax :).

This bread is lovely, and its just as nice toasted topped with a generous amount of butter and Pure Raw Sunflower honey :)

EXCELLENT For Fried Duck Eggs On Toast
