Cookies/biscuit recipe

  • Shipton Mill Organic Plain White Flour No.4 250g
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Icing sugar 200g
  • 6 tsp whole milk
  • Butter softened 100g
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  1. Preheat oven to 180/160 fan
  2. Take sugar, vanilla extract and mix together
  3. Next add flour, baking soda, salt and mix together to form a dough
  4. Add some milk to form a smooth dough
  5. Place dough into a biscuit maker/press into your desired shape.
  6. Place onto to a lined baking tray and bake for around 10-12 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and leave them to cool on a rack.
