Chocolate orange brownies

Irresistible crisp edges with a soft chewy centre, I’ve been making this recipe for years and it’s a guaranteed hit with my work colleagues every time. Easy and quick to produce, I learnt this recipe from a ten year old! And I can’t improve on it now I’ve added Shipton Mill Soft Cake and Pastry Organic White Flour. You’ll be in chocolate orange brownie heaven and asking for seconds. I can’t take the credit... try it for yourself and see!

250g salted butter

250g dark chocolate

Melt together

Add -

333g caster sugar

150g Shipton Mill Soft Cake and Pastry Organic White Flour

4 eggs

1-2 tsp orange extract

Mix

Bake in oven at 170 fan for 30 mins
