Buttermilk Pancake

Buttermilk / yogurt / 250 ml
Eggs 2 pcs
Butter 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
Vanilla essence 1 pc
White flour 140 g
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Sodium bicarbonate 0.5 teaspoons half teaspoon
Baking powder 1 tsp

In a bowl put the flour with the salt, baking soda and baking powder. Mix well.

In another bowl, mix buttermilk with eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla.

Mix well with spoon this mixture.

Add the flour mixture over the buttermilk, eggs, etc.

Mix easily so lumpy dough with flour to be - let sit 15-20 minutes.
Very important to be with lumpy dough, otherwise it will be as fluffy.

Over 15-20 min lumps are dissolved, mix well.

Heat the pan well and pour a little oil in it.

Wipe with paper towel so it will cover the oil well and will absorb excess oil from the pan.

With a large spoon or ladle, pour batter into pan.

Bake at medium-low until over many bubbles form, you can see in the picture.

Then take a spatula and return them with quick, firm action.

Let it heat 1 minute then remove from pan and pour pancake next.

Serve warm / hot with a piece of butter on top, honey, maple syrup, chocolate sauce, jam, etc.
