Brown seeded 50/50 loaf

I use a bread maker for this and use the basic program 1 on my Morphy Richards Fastbake. I use the Soft Grain Bread recepie but alter it as follows...

For a 1.5lb Loaf use 270ml of water, 1 1/2 tbsp of skimmed milk power and 1 tbsp of milk (normal or semi skimmed), 2 1/2 tbsp of sunflower oil, 2 1/4 of soft brown sugar and a tsp of salt. then the flour....The book asks for 3 cups of white (432g) but I use the following. I split it 50/50 using the Shipton Mill Organic seeded White and then a mixture of Einkorn and Spelt Wholemeal Flour. Add a tsp of fast action dried yeast and I always add a 1/4 tsp of vitamin C powder. Makes a lovely nutty tasting loaf that is not too heavy and all using organic flour!
