Ingredients

1 CUP : MILK (tepid)

2.5 TBSP x BUTTER (MELTED)

2.25 TBSP : HONEY

1.25 TSP : SALT

3CUP x STRONG WHITE FLOUR

1.25 TSP : FAST ACTION YEAST

Method

Place all the ingredienst out ready,

In a bowl, mix the milk, salt & Honey until salt & honey has dissolved.

if liquid is too cold,lighlty heat up in microwave 5sec at a time.

Make sure its tepid temperature.

Place them All in a bread Maker,

liquid first.

then melted butter.

then the flour , and Adding The dried Yeast Last .

Put it on the BASIC setting 1 and sit back and relax :).

This bread is lovely, Love Duck Egg On Toast ! and its just as nice toasted & topped with a generous amount of butter and Pure Raw Sunflower honey :)
