1 CUP : MILK (tepid)



1.25 TSP : SALT




Place all the ingredienst out ready,

In a bowl, mix the milk, salt & Honey until salt & honey has dissolved.

if liquid is too cold,lighlty heat up in microwave 5sec at a time.

Make sure its tepid temperature.

Place them All in a bread Maker,

liquid first.

then melted butter.

then the flour , and Adding The dried Yeast Last .

Put it on the BASIC setting 1 and sit back and relax :).

This bread is lovely, Love Duck Egg On Toast ! and its just as nice toasted & topped with a generous amount of butter and Pure Raw Sunflower honey :)

I have used this EXCELLENT flour to make a Large White Loaf in an old Panasonic SD225 dry ingredients first - 1tsp dried yeast, 475g (1lb. 1oz) strong white flour, 1½ tsp sugar, 1¼ salt, 25g/1 oz butter and 320ml water on top 4 hour bake. The Milk Loaf is the same but substitute 340ml Milk for the water. Hope it helps.
