I use a bread machine to make the dough but you can do by hand too.
Ingredients
700 g of Untreated Organic White Flour - No.4 (105 ) -
15 g of salt
7 g of dry yeast
35 g of black treackle
500 g of water
150 g of Mix Seeds
Method
mix flour, salt and yeast in large bowl. make a well in the midle and pour water and treackle in it. Bring all the ingredience together and work your dough for 6-8 minutes. leave the dough in the bowl for 20 min under the towel. fold your dough on slightly dusted table. repeat this once more after 20 min and leave the dough for further hour under the towel.
at this stage your dough should double in size. now knok it down and mix in your seeds. shape 2 equal loafs and bake in pre heated oven (230 C) for 30 min. let the bead to cool down completely and enjoy!
