Beetroot Cake

Ingredients

  • Preheat oven to fan 170°C
  • 250gms Butter
  • Lemon zest
  • 220gms Caster Sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 200gms fresh chopped beetroot
  • 150gms Raisins or Sultanas
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 150gms s/r Wholemeal flour
  • 150gms plain flour

Method

  1. Cream the butter, lemon zest and sugar.
  2. Beat the eggs and add to the creamed butter mixture
  3. Stir in all the other ingredients with half the flour.
  4. Stir in the remaining flour
  5. Put into a 14 x 21cm lined loaf tin
  6. bake for 1 1/2 hours at 170deg (170deg in my electric fan oven)

Missing details
Please can you tell me what the remainder of last part of instructions are please from point 5. As it only says... "Put into a 14 x 21cm lined" then nothing further. Much thanks in advance.
