Easy yummy vegan banana bread. Ideal for breakfast or a mid morning snack!
150g chestnut flour
1 tbs maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbs chia seeds soaked for 20 minutes in 90ml water
3tbs coconut oil melted.
Process the walnuts until they form a flour. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Turn out into a loaf tin 200/180c fan for 50 mins to 1 hour.
