With the current autumn and the colder months, we notice greater desire for carbohydrates, especially those not healthy .. I try meet you half way and share with you more healthy alternatives, eg. cake
1,5 cup millet or buckwheat flour
2 ripe bananas
3 tablespoon malt
3 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
70-80 g dark chocolate
Mash the bananas with a fork. Place them to the container with coconut oil, egg, malt and blend it. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients nuts. Mix well. In a saucepan melt the dark chocolate, and then mix it with the prepared batter. Place a baking paper on a baking tray and pour the batter.
Bake for about 60 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven with convection.
