BAKE @ 190°C FAN OVEN FOR 18 TO 20 MINUTES, OR UNTIL GOLDEN

RUB BUTTER INTO FLOUR UNTIL IT IS LIKE BREAD CRUMBS
ADD CASTER SUGAR
ADD EGG YOLK
ADD MILK TO BRING TOGETHER.
THIS IS DELICIOUS FOR FRUIT PIES AND MINCE PIES.
