BAKE @ 190°C FAN OVEN FOR 18 TO 20 MINUTES, OR UNTIL GOLDEN

IF MAKING SMALL MINCE OR FRUIT PIES

 

INGREDIENTS                                                                                                                                                 

  • 225g SHIPTON MILL CAKE FLOUR
  • 120g BUTTER
  • 4g CASTER SUGAR
  • 1 EGG YOLK
  • 2 TABLE SPOONS MILK (APPROX)

 

METHOD

 

RUB BUTTER INTO FLOUR UNTIL IT IS LIKE BREAD CRUMBS

ADD CASTER SUGAR

ADD EGG YOLK

ADD MILK TO BRING TOGETHER.

THIS IS DELICIOUS FOR FRUIT PIES AND MINCE PIES.
