350g flour + 4 tablespoons
210ml milk
55g butter
60ml water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
7gr dry yeast
1 egg for the top
Sesame and poppy seeds for the top

In a bowl - 100ml milk, 1 tbs sugar, 7 gr yeast and 2 tbs flour. Mix all, sprinkle some flour on top, leave it to rest for 5 – 10 min.
In a bigger bowl we put the flour, salt, water, milk, melted butter and the yeast mix. Mix all well and you will have an elastic dough.
Spread the dough with the rolling pin, roll it up, cut 9 balls (a bigger one for the middle). Put them in a round tin (after you sprinkle some flour on the bottom) in the shape of a flower.
Leave to rest for 40min.
In the meantime, beat an egg, and when the dough is risen spread it on top of the flower with a brush. Add sesame or poppy seeds on top.
Put tin in the 160 C degrees hot oven for 40-50 min, remove tin from the oven, brush some more egg, bake it for 5 more min for colour.
