Naan bread

500g shipton mill white bread flour

2 teaspoons caster sugar

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons cumin seeds

2 teaspoons onion seeds

2 teaspoons dried coriander

11/4 teaspoon dried yeast

150ml yogurt

150ml milk

3 table spoons water

Put all the ingrediants in a bread maker and set to a dough. 

When the program is finished shape the dough into 8-9 flat breads. 

Place on a plate covered in cling film to rise. 

Heat oil in a heavy based frying pan and cook two naans at a time until golden brown. 

Eat warm
