1 tsp organic dried yeast

250 gr Organic Light Malthouse Flour (301)
150 gr Organic Stoneground White Flour (119)
1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

15 gr butter

280 ml water

baked in Panasonic sd 2511 on program 5 - Granary loaf setting

Excellent crust, lovely light bread. Very moorish.
