Banana Bread

Delicious and moist banana bread

350-400g bananas

210g self rising flour

160g soft light brown sugar

2 eggs

100g walnut oil

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon


1.Beat together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy

2.On low speed, slowly drizzle in the oil

3.Add mashed bananas and cinnamon

4.Using a rubber spatula, fold in the flour just until thoroughly combined

5.Pour the batter into a baking tray (for example 20x25cm)

6.Bake around 1h in 180C until golden brown on top and springy
