Quick, simple and oh so yummy! This recipe can easily be halved, but it's best to make the whole batch because they store amazingly well in the freezer.
3oz dark brown sugar
3oz light brown/demarara sugar
6oz wholemeal self raising flour
1tsp vanllla essence
2oz each of raisins and nuts (we use peanuts)
3oz chopped chocolate/chocolate chips
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and place spoonfuls onto a non stick baking sheet. Bake at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes until lightl golden.
