When you have tasted porridge made with organic pinhead oats you'll never want to eat flaked oat porridge again!
Soak the pinhead oats overnight in water to save cooking time the next day if you wish.
Simmer the oats until thick, and then add milk to cook further - to the consistency you like best.
Add fresh fruit and enjoy!
