Homemade cinnamon swirl bread with a gooey cinnamon sugar center - heaven !!!
2 1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp cinnamon + 1/3 brown sugar for topping
Mix the sugar with the water,add the yeast and leave it until creamy ,about 5 min.
Add salt to the flour,add the oil and the yeast ,mix the dough with spatula then kneed the douhg with your hands for 5 to 10 minutes.
Let the dough rise for in a warm place for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven on 190 C
Roll the dough into a large rectangle, sprinkle the sugar/cinnamon mixture and roll up the dough tightly,place it in loaf tin and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Bake for 30 minutes!
