Hort's Pepper and Garlic Crackers

Ingredients

500 gms of Light Rye flour

100 gms of 5 seed blend

50 gms Olive oil

40 gms garlic granules

40 gms cracked peppercorns

100gms of water

Method

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C

Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and thoroughly mix the mixture by hand:

take some baking paper and roll out some of the mixture untill it is about 2mm thick I use a plastic lunch box lid to stop the roller getting covered with the mixture.

Place in the centre of the oven and cook for approximately 15 minutes or until they are nice and golden and the edges are brown.

Place on cooling rack.

Delicious with cheese and dips and chutney's
