Ingredients

40g fresh yeast

3 dl lukewarm water

1tbsp honey

1 egg

1 tsp salt

2.5 dl wholewheat flour

1.5 dl 5 seeds mix

5 dl white flour

Method

The yeast is dissolved in the water and the ingredients are added in the order above. mix well. Pour the dough into a greased 1.5 L loaf tin. Place it in a cold oven turn on the oven at 225 C and bake for 40 mins. (No dough fingers, no raising time)

Notes

If you prefer a less sweet bread you can use just 1 tsp of honey.

1.5 dl 5 seeds mix can be any seeds/nuts/grains really. If you want to use wheat flakes or cut ryegrains boil them in a little bit of water for 6-8 mins first. You can also exchange ½ dl of wholewheat flour for ½ dl of grains.

If you prefer lighter or darker bread simply exchange some of the white and wholewheat flour.
