Ingredients
- 3 g or 1/2 pack of dried yeast
- 250 g of Shipton T55 French flour
- 110 ml water
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 g butter in small bits
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- vanilla flavouring (optional)
Method
- Put all ingredients in above order in bread machine.
- If your bread machine does not warm up before kneading, soften the butter a little.
- Use a program that will make little or light crust.
- If your bead machine is in a cold place overnight, use the timer function to have a brioche ready for when you get up!!
