Brioche

Ingredients

  • 3 g  or 1/2 pack of dried yeast
  • 250 g of Shipton T55 French flour
  • 110 ml water
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50 g butter in small bits
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • vanilla flavouring (optional)

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in above order in bread machine.
  2. If your bread machine does not warm up before kneading, soften the butter a little.
  3. Use a program that will make little or light crust.
  4. If your bead machine is in a cold place overnight, use the timer function to have a brioche ready for when you get up!!
