Dutch Apple Flan

Ingredients
8oz Cooking Apples
2 tbsp Plain Flour
½ tsp Salt
6oz Sugar
1 Beaten Egg
5oz Natural Yogurt
¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
Vanilla Essence
+ Enough Shortcrust pastry to line a flan dish.
Crumble Topping:
2½oz Plain Flour
1½oz Butter
2oz Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
Method
Dice the apple.
Mix the other fillings well and stir in the apple.
Fill the un-baked pastry case.
Put in top of oven at gas mark 6 for 15 mins.
Reduce to gas mark 4 for a further 30 mins until firm and golden.
Make the crumble topping and spread over the flan.
Bake for another 10 mins at gas mark 4.
