Multi-Flour Bread
Ingredients
3/4 Ib organic white bread flour
3/4 Ib organic stoneground wholemeal
4 0/z spelt wholemeal organic
4 0/z spelt white flour organic
1Ib organic 3malts and sunflour brown flour
3 5grm yeast
3 tsp salt
1 tsp suger
3 tblsp olive oil
360 ml water

Quantities: Halved the ingredients, recipe does not suggest water, we added 360ml water. Settings: Put on a basic bread setting. Tweaks: Add 360ml water. Comments: Have also used this recipe changing some of the flours depending on what is left over and needs using up, produced excellent results every time. Verdict: Delicious. Star recipe!
