Ingredients
250g Spelt Flour
250g Strong white flour
1 1/2 teaspoon quick yeast
1 tspn salt
1 tspn sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
320ml water
Method
Put in bread maker, bake on rye bread setting for 3 1/2 hrs.
