Can you recommend a book on starting a bakery
Question
Although there appears to be loads of books about home-made kitchen
breads, they don't answer my questions.
Do you know of any books that take you through the starting and running a bakery. In particular, it would be useful to know about what equipment is required.
Answer
To my knowledge I haven't found one. Over the past 30 years I have helped may people get started with limited resources.
What part of the country are you in would it be possible to come to the mill to have a chat?

I am not sure when this question was posted but I too would be interetsed in learning more about getting started, I did have a brief chat with Clive at one of his sessions. I am keen to discover what sixe premises and sort of equipment needed to make a worthy go at this.
