Multi-Flour Bread

Very tasty bread using a mixture of 5 flours.

Ingredients

3/4 Ib organic white bread flour

3/4 Ib organic stoneground wholemeal

4 0/z spelt wholemeal organic

4 0/z spelt white flour organic

1Ib organic 3malts and sunflour brown flour

3 5grm yeast

3 tsp salt

1 tsp suger

3 tblsp olive oil

360 ml water
