This flour cannot be stored as the sunflowers have not been heat stabilised, and comes freshly ground to maintain full flavour and nutritional value. Follow a wholemeal bread recipe; or try adding chopped olives and chopped sundried tomatoes, and bake on a well-oiled (olive oil) tray.
