Yeast Sachet - 11g

A small sachet of instant dried yeast. For a typical medium sized loaf you will need 1/2 sachet for 500g of flour. No need to rehydrate first. If using a bread maker, then add first before the flour to avoid contact with the water, salt or sugar before the mixing process starts.
