Ingredients
300 grams white flour
300 grams rye flour
400 ml warm water
2 tsp yeast
3 tsp malt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
combine water, sugar, yeast and malt stir until sugar and malt are dissolved wait 5 mins until yeast is activated combine flours and salt ( if rye flour flakes are too large, run it through the sieve until 300 grams) add water yeast mixture to flour knead for 10 mins put dough into a bowl, cover and place in warm place to raise for hour knead for 10 seconds and place for second raise for another hour preheat oven to 180 degrees score top of the dough with sharp knife bake for 50 mins
