Cheese and Tomato Granary Style (Breadmaker)

Follow your own breadmaker instructions for the procedure with the ingredients. We use a Panasonic breadmaker and for this recipe we put the yeast in first then the flour and then everything else.

Ingredients

1 - 1 1/4 Teaspoon Bioreal organic dried yeast (3/4 teaspoon fast acting yeast alternatively)

100 grams Shipton Extra Coarse Organic wholemeal flour

180 grams of Shipton Organic 3 Malts and Sunflower brown flour

120 grams Shipton Organic Strong plain white flour

1 teaspoon sea salt (table salt will do)

1 teaspoon unrefined Demerara sugar (white will do)

50 grams grated parmesan cheese

75 grams sun dried tomatoes in oil

260-270 ml water

Method

We use the wholemeal 5 hour setting on our breadmaker, using the 400 gram (medium) loaf size. Good luck and enjoy!
