All Fired Up!
There’s nothing quite as tasty as bread baked in a wood-fired oven! In a rare spell of sunshine we fired up the new wood-fired oven before Clive, our resident Master Baker departed for France. He produced some amazing loaves and pizzas for a fabulous supper on the Millstream, and when we say “on” the Millstream, we do mean literally on it!
