New delivery service
In our efforts to bring you the best possible service, we have changed our courier company.
We are always looking for a better service and whilst the previous firm were OK we had started to see a serious decline in reliability and a rise in damaged product
So we have changed and overall there is a significant decrease in damages and an increase in reliability.
You will notice that there is a slight change in the structure of our delivery costs, most significantly delivery is now FREE on orders over £30 (it was free on orders over 24kg).
We hope you will also notice an improved service.
Please note - there is no "next day" guarantee
Having said that, we do not guarantee a next day service. We will always try and get orders out for next day if we can but please try and allow two or three days just to be safe
Small businesses
If you are a small business, then please remember that this service is designed for the Home Baker. If you are a small business and want to order 100kg or more then please contact us directly as we may be able to offer a better price at that volume. In addition there are different ways of delivering the flour to you – but again please don’t leave it to the last minute as this will likely be a 3 day service.
