East West Bakery is a small organic artisan bakery in West Sussex, producing a limited range of authentic European breads for restaurants in Sussex. Skill and passion are combined to create outstanding breads of a quality rarely seen in this country. Every loaf is handmade and baked from scratch using traditional slow methods: long fermentation, sourdough leavens and no improvers, enzymes or packet mixes.
