The wide variety of cookery courses running throughout the year from Easy Entertaining and Exclusively Men to Bread & Baking and Great British Classics, provide a hands on opportunity for guest students to learn new skills, recipes and create delicious dishes whilst picking up some expert culinary tips.

East West Bakery is a small organic artisan bakery in West Sussex, producing a limited range of authentic European breads for restaurants in Sussex. Skill and passion are combined to create outstanding breads of a quality rarely seen in this country. Every loaf is handmade and baked from scratch using traditional slow methods: long fermentation, sourdough leavens and no improvers, enzymes or packet mixes. Using Shipton Mill flour exclusively, East West Bakery actively promotes real bread and campaigns against the additives used in British baking today.
