Wholemeal Flour
Essentially wholemeal flour is what it says. The entire wheat grain or berry is used to produce a “wholemeal” flour, the bran and the germ is not removed as it is in white flour. So 1kg of grain gives you 1kg of flour. This is the same, technically as "Wholewheat".
Keeping the whole grain, means keeping all the goodness; wholemeal flour has higher levels of fibre, nutrients and B vitamins.
