We mill a wide range of organic flour. 

But there is more to us than just being a speciality miller of organic flour. We have a deep seated belief in how we do what we do, as much as making sure that what we do, we do better than anybody.  

We make sure of that by really understanding our product and its application - whether you are an artisan baker running a business or a home baker making the occasional loaf, cake or pastry.

Somewhere in our range of organic flour and speciality flour, rare flours or rye flours, there is something for everyone.  In addition, we have a tremendous knowledge base and should be able to answer any questions you may have.
