Competition Winner -Rob's Cinnamon Snails

Rob remenbers his mother making wonderful cinnamon buns, based on his Grandmothers Swedish recipe when he was young. He was keen to pass on the knowledge to his son. While doing so he created a new twist to the finished product.

These snails are easy to make and will certainly encourage children to get involved in baking. The snail shape is simple to create and produces excellent results.

Cinnamon snails are a bun suitable for all types of parties.
